BELHAVEN SCOTTISH ALE

The Belhaven Brewery is one of ScotlandIs oldest regional breweries, dating back to 1719. Belhaven Scottish Ale is a fully rounded ale, a complex mix of malt and hop producing Belhaven's easily recognized malted and nutty flavour.

やはりAleは、lagarと異なり、ゆっくりと飲みながらその味を楽しむべきビールですね。私のように喉が渇いているときの一杯目をガブガブ飲むような人間が初めに飲むべきものではないな～と痛感しました。

味わい、苦味が強くおいしいビールです。

今回は冷やして飲みましたが、次は常温で飲んでみよう。

Weltenburger Kloster Asam Bock

ラベルにある通りボックビールです。

ラガービールです。

色が濃く、ホップの苦みが強く、アルコール度数が高い。まさしく、これがドッペルボック。

これがドッペルボックかぁ～、と味わいながら飲んでおります。

YEBISU beer エビスビール

みなさまもご存知の日本の高いビールの一種です。種類としてはラガービールですね。日本のビールは軽いピルスナー系のものが多いですが、その中では比較的重めのボディーで、個人的には１番好きです。

日本の商業的ビールでは飲むことのできないエールビールです。今回は室温の状態で飲みました。味の深み、苦みがきわだっておいしいです。
